I’m a big believer that the best way to set yourself up for a positive new year is by taking some time to reflect on the one that has just passed - this workshop is designed to help you do just that.

We’ll celebrate every high of this year, and glean the learnings from every low. We’ll take stock of how our lives look now and start to gently explore the changes we might want to make in the new year. Put simply: we’ll own this year for everything it has been and everything it has taught us, and we’ll end it feeling proud! This is an opportunity to celebrate, reflect and learn in a space that feels safe, supportive and joyful.

How does it work?

The session will take place on Zoom. If you join us live you can choose whether or not to have your camera on, and you’ll be able to ask questions as we go.
