Over the course of 90 minutes, I’ll share practical tips, enlightening exercises and a tried and tested framework to help you invite a little more balance into your life, so that you can find more time for the things you love.

Full disclosure: I’ll also spend a few minutes at the end of the workshop telling you about my group programme, From Burnout to Blooming, but even if you have no interest in the programme, this workshop will still be packed full of value.

About the facilitator
