Coming Home to Joy

A free workshop to help you reconnect with the things that bring you joy.
Research tells us it’s the simple things that bring us joy. But when life gets busy, when the world gets noisy, when the to-do list feels overwhelming, those simple things aren’t necessarily simple to access. And so, we end up leaving joy on the table. We rush through the hours and days, and before we know it, weeks or even months have passed without us experiencing that warm feeling of contentment.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

There are things we can do, tools we can use, practices we can adopt to help us find joy in every day. Even when life gets busy. Even when times get hard. Even when you’re feeling flat.

As a positive psychologist and qualified coach, I have access to the most impactful tools and interventions, and I want to share them with you, which is why I’m hosting this free workshop. Coming Home to Joy will:

  • Remind you of the importance of joy
  • Help you to reconnect with the simple things that bring you joy
  • Give you some tools to help you experience more joy in your day-to-day life

You’ll leave feeling full of optimism and ready to come home to the joy available to you right now. I can’t wait to see you there!

Full disclosure: I’ll also spend a few minutes at the end of the workshop telling you about my monthly membership, The Choose Joy Club, but even if you have no interest in the programme, this workshop will still be packed full of value.

How does it work?

When you sign up you'll receive the Zoom link for the workshop, and if you can't join us live you'll be able to access a replay to watch in your own time.
