Find Your Shine is a 5-week group coaching programme for women who are done with the exhausting pursuit of perfection and ready to feel calmer, clearer and more in control of their own version of success.

You’re working hard - at work, at home, in your relationships, with your health.

Over 5 weekly group calls, we’ll work through the SHINE framework:
We start by getting clear on what success actually means to you - not what you’ve been taught it should mean. In this session we’ll:
Interrogate where your ideas about success came from
Get clear on what genuinely matters in this season of your life
Identify where comparison is creeping in
Create a version of success that feels achievable, energising and inspiring - not exhausting
This is about tearing up what you’ve been taught and starting to draw a new map.
In our second session, we’ll get clear on what genuinely makes you feel better - based on both research and real life.
You’ll:
Identify your personal “happiness anchors”
Spot what’s draining you unnecessarily
Build simple habits that lift your baseline mood
Because small shifts can make a huge difference to your energy and zest for life.
When was the last time you did something just because you enjoyed it? Not because it was productive. Not because it would improve you. Just because you liked it.
This week is about:
Rediscovering what lights you up
Letting go of the idea that hobbies have to be productive
Making space for fun without guilt
Because you’re so much more than just your to-do list.
This is where we get practical. You’ll define your daily, weekly and monthly non-negotiables - the things that keep you steady, sane and grounded.
We’ll cover:
Setting boundaries without becoming “difficult”
Releasing guilt
Protecting your time and energy
Saying no without a 3-paragraph explanation
Because shining isn’t about doing everything - it’s about protecting what matters.
The final piece of the puzzle: letting go of the constant feeling that you always need to be further along.
We’ll look at:
Releasing hustle culture thinking
Staying connected to your own definition of success
Enjoying what you’ve already built
Finding satisfaction without waiting for the next milestone
This isn’t about settling - it’s about realising you don’t have to earn rest or joy.
Instead of:

Quiet comparison
