For the last 5 years, I’ve had a journaling habit that has completely transformed my life. By taking ten minutes to write down some thoughts or answer some prompts, I’ve been able to become calmer, more proactive, and without a doubt more positive. And I’m not the only one - research has shown that positive journaling in particular can help to process our thoughts, find a sense of direction, take more action and grow as a person.
Whenever I share my journaling habit on Instagram, I’m bombarded with questions: how did you start? How did you make it a habit? What do you write about? How do you make it a positive experience? And so I thought I’d put together a workshop to share my answers and help you start your own joyful journaling practice.
