Maybe you find yourself looking ahead to the rest of 2025 with a to-do list that’s too long, enthusiasm running low and a deep craving to hit “reset”.

Life has a sneaky way of pulling us into ruts. And when you’re in one, it’s hard to know how to get out of it.

You can get your spark back. You can finish the year on a high. And you don’t need a huge life overhaul to do it.
You just need the right tools, a fresh perspective, and a supportive nudge in the right direction.
That’s exactly what The Joyful Reset is all about.
During our 4-week workshop series, we'll blend positive psychology, creative exercises, and practical tools to help you shift your mindset, increase your optimism, and reignite your everyday joy.

Over the course of September, we’ll get together for 4 workshops (hosted on Zoom, and recorded if you can’t join us live) that will help us to get unstuck, retrain our brains, build resilience and get to know our future selves. There will also be “joywork” (homework that’s fun!) to help you embed the tools we explore into your daily life.
WORKSHOP 1: Get unstuck
Tuesday 9th September - 8pm
In this workshop we will:
Explore the psychology behind “mental ruts” and how to step out of them.
Audit your current joy and energy levels.
Identify quick wins to help you get unstuck.
WORKSHOP 2: Train your brain
Tuesday 16th September - 8pm
In this workshop we will:
Explore the power of neuroplasticity.
Experiment with mental fitness tools that can help us build optimism and motivation.
Map your happy habits.
WORKSHOP 3: Building resilience
Tuesday 23rd September - 8pm
In this workshop we will:
Explore the psychology of resilience and self-compassion.
Look at tools that can help you to respond to challenges.
Use creative journaling prompts to strengthen inner calm.
WORKSHOP 4: Meet your joyful future self
Tuesday 30th September - 8pm
In this workshop we will:
Use a creative visualisation technique to get clear on how you want to feel and live for the rest of the year.
Write a “joy contract” - a personal commitment to your new mindset.
Create a 90 day plan to help you end 2025 on a high.

Doors close on Friday 5th September, and our first session will take place on Tuesday 9th September
The first class will take place on Tuesday 9th September and the last one will take place on Tuesday 30th September.
The calls will take place on Tuesdays at 8pm (UK time), lasting for 60 minutes. Don’t worry if you can’t make them live - all of the calls will be recorded so that you can replay them at any time. You’ll also have lifetime access to the replays.
The deadline for sign ups is 7pm on Friday 5th September.
